Cancellation & Refund Policy

More than 24 hours before pick-up: Full refund (minus a processing fee, if applicable).

Within 8 hours of pick-up: 100% charge of the total booking fee.

Within 4 hours of pick-up or no-shows: 100% charge of the total booking fee.

Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or other force majeure events). In such cases, We will offer a full refund or assist in rescheduling the booking.
4. Customer Responsibilities

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate pick-up and drop-off details. Any mistakes or omissions may result in delays or additional charges.

Conduct During the Ride: You agree to behave in a respectful manner during the ride. Any abusive, aggressive, or illegal behavior toward the driver or other passengers will result in immediate termination of the service without a refund.

Luggage & Special Requests: Ensure that your luggage fits within the vehicle's capacity. If you require a child seat, wheelchair, or any other special requests, you must notify us at the time of booking.

Damage to Vehicle: You are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning costs incurred during the trip (e.g., spills, stains, smoking in the vehicle, etc.). Any damage to the vehicle or improper conduct will be billed to you $ 250.00 USD
5. Vehicle Use

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities during your use of Prime Black Car Services:

Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles.

7. Liability & Insurance
